Originally known as The Grant Building, or better known as Tick Tock Jeweller to many locals, was originally home to the Grant family cabinet makers and furniture factory. The building provided two levels of showroom and space for the cabinet making factory at the rear. The factory is long gone, as the building occupies only about one third of the land area.
The symmetrical facade of this art deco shop front utilises the simple streamline design that is iconic to art deco architecture.
